Joseph is not happy outside of his protective rucksack and makes a leap to get back in.
An abandoned wallaby that was discovered almost dead at a safari park is back to full health after living in a keeper's rucksack that mimics his mother's pouch. Beverley Evans, 33, adopted Joseph and has taken him everywhere with her - to the pub, the shops and even to bed.
The amazing marsupial sits in the rucksack among towels to keep him warm and loves poking his head out and looking around. The antipodean creature is now six months old and has up to three months left in Beverley's fake pouch. When he was found abandoned at Longleat Safari Park in Wiltshire he weighed just 400 grams and had been out all night. (Picture By©Phil Yeomans)
