PRIVACY POLICY

Following Art. 11, of the Law 675/96 containing the dispositions for the protection of persons and other subjects, when it comes to their personal data, the Applicant gives his/her consent to the treatment of his/her personal data, directly or through a third part, besides for the performance of the contract or to comply with the law, or the Community regulations, also for the following purposes: to elaborate studies, market researches and statistics; to distribute advertising and information material; to carry out direct sales or placement of products or services; to send out commercial information; to perform commercial interactive communication. The user or subscriber can in any time recall his/her consent and/or oppose the treatment of his/her personal data, without prejudice to the faculty of the IberPress to rescind the present contract. In esecution of the Art. 4, par. 3, of the Decree Law 171/98, containing disposition for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to personal "traffic data", the Applicant gives his/her consent to the treatment of the data as mentioned in the above Art., par. 2.
